How often are new scents/products released?

We try to release new collections every quarter We also run 1-3 seasonal specials throughout the year. Follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletter on the homepage for sneak peaks at upcoming products.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic orders leave our workspace within 24-48 business hours and take 3–7 days to arrive via Royal Mail or Hermes. Wholesale order take 3 days-2 weeks to arrive depending on the season. We will be sure to contact you if there is any delay.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If for some reason you did not receive this information, let us know at and we will send it over.

I have not received my confirmation email?

Please wait up to 24 hours for your confirmation email. Often it can go straight into your junk and spam folder, so make sure you check there first. You can also search your email for

What shipping method do you use?

We mostly use Royal Mail Priority Tracked or Hermes for European & International shipping.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

We always want our customers to be satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at We ask that return shipping be paid by the customer.

Help! I've made a duplicate order.

If you have purchased the same physical product(s) more than once please contact our team immediately by emailing and see if they can cancel the duplicate order for you. 

Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation requests will be successful as this depends on the status of your order when your request is reviewed. It can take our team up to 48 hours to review your ticket, also please note the items may already be on its way to you. If you do receive both items please do not damage the packaging. Drop the team an email and they will let you know the best way to return the order.

Can I send a candle as a gift?

Absolutely!  If you would like a hand-typed gift note or if it's going directly to the giftee, just make a note at checkout and we will not include a sales receipt.

Yes! Shipping rate for various destination are available to view at checkout.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when we’ve shipped your order. Unfortunately, for payments made via PayPal e-Cheque, we’re advised both by PayPal and our store provider not to dispatch products until the payment has cleared (usually 5-7 working days).

How do I use my discount code?

When you've added all the products to your basket, select 'checkout'. Once at the checkout page, selected the 'Show order summary' arrow displayed below our logo. Here you will be able to enter your discount code before purchase.
